Hello and welcome to BNG! The staff are here to improve the site, supervise, moderate, and make sure the site if fun and fair for everyone.
So far, I, SilverRush, am the only active Staff Member, (Though Jossle has been a huge help I appreciate, they told me they don't intend to moderate at the current time) but this area will be expanded as we get more active members on the team. Staff members do get a semiannual compensation of 5 SP, and 50,000 credits for their efforts. These bonuses are referred to as the Summer Staff Bonus and the Winter Staff Bonus, respectively.
